Getting Started on Your Path To Better Health

Join Forum Health

In July 2019, we joined Forum Health, a nationwide network of functional and integrative medicine providers. Dr. Saxena and her team continue to serve patients from all over the U.S. and the world, now with an even greater set of services and expertise from our community of healthcare pioneers.

Is functional medicine the right approach for you?
  • Please review our website including the FAQ page as we have provided the answers to the most common questions people have about our innovative healthcare services.

  • Please contact us if you would like to schedule your comprehensive new patient visit ($500 for Dr. Saxena or $400 for our nurse practitioner, Christa McNamara).  Remember, your first visit includes 1 hour with the provider and 1 hour total of health coaching support.  Based on your evaluation, you will receive and in-depth care plan that the coach will walk you through so your chances of success are just as high as so many we have supported to higher expressions of health and well-being.

  • If you need more information, please contact us so we can schedule a free 15-minute consultation with one of our certified functional health coaches who will help you determine if and which of our service(s) would be best for your current health concerns.

As functional medicine consultants, we develop a comprehensive care plan that includes and integrates your whole body; however, we advise you maintain your existing relationships with a primary care physician  and/or specialists so they can continue to provide urgent, emergent and standard of care services generally covered by insurance alone.
